Entry to CityU Web Hacker Award

This webpage is an entry to the 2008 Extreme Web Designer Award contest held by the City University of Hong Kong. The contest is also known as the "CityU Web Hacker" contest. The theme this year is cats and dogs.

The first 15 results from major search engines result pages using the keyword "CityU Web Hacker" Dogs Cats will be shortlisted. Contenstants are required to create a webpage themed dogs and cats. Web designs therefore (and as always) have to be standard compliant and accessible.

Dogs and cats are domesticated animals which humans keep as pet. To distinguish them, take out a bone and the dog will be attracted by it while the cat won't. Dogs belong to the same family as wolves while cats belong to tigers. The former woofs and the latter meows. Cats don't necessarily like fish by the way.
